Luxe Leaf™ is a professional-use chemical blend of eucalyptus and menthol, intended for steam room applications only. By purchasing or using this product, you acknowledge that it must be used strictly according to the provided instructions.

The Company is not responsible for misuse, accidental exposure, or improper handling of the product. Customers (hotels, spas, fitness centers) are responsible for ensuring that staff follow all safety protocols, local regulations, and workplace safety guidelines.

This product is not intended for personal consumption or use outside of professional steam room environments.

2. Ordering & Payment

Orders can be placed via email or through the website’s inquiry form. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

Payment must be made in full before shipping, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs, methods, and delivery times will be communicated per order.

Risk of loss or damage to the product transfers to the customer upon shipment. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Refunds or exchanges are only provided for products damaged during shipping or defective upon receipt, as determined at the Company’s sole discretion.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Metrochem Co., Inc., its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Use or inability to use Luxe Leaf™

  • Misuse or improper handling of the product

  • Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies on this website

  • Shipping delays or issues

This limitation applies even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Product Safety & Handling

Luxe Leaf™ is a professional-use eucalyptus and menthol blend intended exclusively for steam rooms. Customers must follow the instructions for safe use. Customers are responsible for ensuring that staff are trained on safe use. Use gloves and follow workplace safety protocols when handling. Dispense daily using an automatic injector system or spray bottle, adjusting the amount based on desired intensity. Do not pour directly on hot sauna rocks and do not use in dry saunas. The product is for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and skin, do not ingest, and keep out of reach of children and pets.

In case of eye or skin contact, rinse with water for at least 15 minutes, remove contact lenses if applicable, and seek medical attention if irritation persists. If ingested, do not induce vomiting and seek immediate medical attention.

By purchasing or using Luxe Leaf™, the customer acknowledges that proper handling, storage, and application are their responsibility. Metrochem Co., Inc. is not liable for misuse, accidents, or injuries resulting from improper use.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, the website, or the products must be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including Luxe Leaf™ logos, trademarks, designs, text, images, and visual materials, are the exclusive property of Metrochem Co., Inc.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without express written permission from Metrochem Co., Inc.
